From the earliest days when I was having consultations with various doctors, through understanding the process, talking about the financials, and then actually getting the work done on my son with consistent follow-up appointments, we always leave with positive progress - which is exactly what you hope for with an orthodontist experience. The doctor always explains what is being done, leaves room for questions so you never feel rushed, and the office staff is incredibly pleasant to interact with.
